TTNet Terms of Service

Welcome to TTNet. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including Out-of-Home (OOH) Marketing, SaaS platforms for digital marketing, call center systems, HR & CRM applications (Work Connect), bulk SMS, email marketing, telemarketing, VoIP services, and ITC products. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable OHADA laws in Cameroon.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TTNet services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

  • To access certain services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • You must notify TTNet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use TTNet services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with OHADA law. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
  • Sending unsolicited or harmful messages via bulk SMS, WhatsApp, or email campaigns.
  • Interfering with service operations, systems, or networks.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or company when using TTNet services.
  • Using services to infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

4. Service Availability

  • TTNet strives to ensure high availability of all services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We may suspend or limit access to services for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
  • TTNet is not liable for service outages or delays beyond our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, trademarks, and materials provided through TTNet services remain the intellectual property of TTNet or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Payments and Billing

  • Access to certain TTNet services may require payment. All fees are as stated on our platforms and are subject to change with notice.
  • Users agree to provide accurate billing information and pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.
  • No refunds will be provided except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing by TTNet.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

TTNet collects and processes personal and business data according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of data in compliance with OHADA laws and these Terms.

8. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate contact and business information in your account.
  • Ensure your use of services complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
  • Prevent unauthorized access to your accounts and report any suspicious activity.
  • Respect other users, third-party rights, and TTNet’s infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by OHADA law, TTNet is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits due to service interruptions.
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of user accounts despite reasonable security measures.

10. Termination

  • TTNet may suspend or terminate accounts or access to services at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
  • Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting TTNet support.
  • Termination does not relieve you of outstanding obligations or liabilities incurred prior to termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by OHADA law in Cameroon. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to resolve through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Cameroon.

12. Changes to Terms

TTNet may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
